Anyone under 18 MUST have a parent or legal guardian with them.

 

When you sign in, you will need to have the parent or guardian's valid photo ID, the minor's government-issued photo ID (ie passport or NonDriver ID) OR birth certificate and social security card for the child, and a signed and notarized Parental Consent Form.
